Welcome, and thank you for being here.

Painting has been a quiet, persistent love throughout my life—a source of deep peace and personal challenge. It’s my meditation, my creative puzzle, and the place where I feel both most grounded and most alive.

As a child, creativity came naturally. I was always making things with my hands, often selling my handmade pieces with a sense of pride and purpose. Yet, like many artists, I wasn’t encouraged to follow that path. Life led me into fashion, a world still filled with design and aesthetics, but it was painting that quietly held the #1 place in my heart—always there after hours, waiting.

Over the years, I sought out mentors and courses that would nurture that creative pull. My painting journey has been built on consistent perseverance and an unwavering desire to keep growing—no matter the pace.

Becoming a mother and moving to Papamoa Beach in 2016 marked a turning point. Surrounded by natural beauty and the rhythm of coastal life, I found more space to reflect, observe, and savour the small things. While motherhood keeps me very active with my two little ones, painting remains my grounding force, a sacred time carved out when energy allows.

I’m drawn to the texture of paint—the way one brushstroke can shift everything, the beauty in mistakes that turn into something unexpectedly magical. Painting forces you to walk the line between control and chaos. It demands presence, problem-solving, and resilience, which is perhaps why it feels so vital in our fast-paced, often overwhelming world.

My aim is simple but strong: to keep painting, to keep pushing my practice, and to stay curious. Because there are always more ideas, more challenges, and better things just around the corner.
